Founded in 2021 by a team of practicing engineers, JDS Enterprises grew out of a single frustration: too many projects fail at the gaps between trades. We rebuilt the model.
From a two-trade workshop to six integrated disciplines.
JDS Enterprises began in a modest workshop in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, with a small team of engineers who had spent a decade watching projects unravel at the coordination seams. Electrical drawings that ignored HVAC ducting. Fire compliance clashing with plumbing risers. Civil finishes that had to be undone to lay conduits.
The founders made a bet: if a single firm could carry all the technical trades in-house, and coordinate them from a single project office, the entire economics of building services would shift. Fewer clashes. Faster commissioning. One accountable name on the door.
Five years and 58+ delivered projects later, that bet is a proven model. Today JDS Enterprises operates six integrated practices — Mechanical, HVAC, Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire&Safety — under one project management discipline, one QA framework, and one uncompromising standard.
